A really great addition to our Northlake area . A nice cozy modern Mediterranean restaurant . Great staff , Amazing flavors and great choices . The Feta appetizer was very delicious! Maybe one more Pita bread needed . Our main chicken dish was nice and lemony . We wish them the best ! Looking forward to coming again . I would say weekend evenings you may need reservations. Sunday evening was very busy .
Celebrating Mothers Day such a great spot. Servers were amazing, polite friendly and very attentive. Chef Michael and Gonzalo are beyond welcoming and made sure the food was delicious. Definitely will be a spot we will be returning to.
Chef Owner Gonzalo - EXCELLENT!!! Such delicious flavor layers in each dish. Some complimented while others contrasted but none overpowered the dishes. The atmosphere is not lush but it goes so well with the contemporary vibe.
Zara Mediterranean on Northlake in Palm Beach Gardens is a true gem for anyone craving fresh, vibrant Mediterranean cuisine and I’m happy it has a really high rating, and I’m also happy to add to it. We shared the Zatar Pita bread (the pita is made fresh), falafel, hummus, saganaki, and a Greek salad. I’m Mediterranean so I may be biased or I may be a great judge, but I loved this place because every dish was excellent. The pita was fresh, the hummus had depth, the falafel was seasoned perfectly, and the Greek salad was refreshing. The saganaki was the star of the show with the fire (see video). This was for lunch and I cannot wait to come back and try a more proper dinner. We also met the chef/owner who was a super nice guy. Update: I went a second time, it was better than the first! They were out of baklava because it was being made fresh that day (we arrived at noon) so the chef/owner sent out their new dessert - a pistachio tiramisu- this may have been the best dessert I’ve ever had. It was the marriage of a tiramisu, a baklava, and the Dubai chocolate all in one. I will go back just for that alone!
Just stumbled up on this new Mediterranean grill restaurant. Extremely clean cute place nice laid-back environment. Most importantly for me is oh yeah the food amazing. They have two chefs that are working in here and they do a wonderful job. I have a Mediterranean style lentil soup that made me wanna go home and complain to my grandmother if she was still here. It was so good. The grilled shrimp were amazing and now My Sister and I are going to come back and have dinner. Very nice staff very friendly and just a nice place. I always post about food places because I want to see them make it if they’re good so they will be around so we can continue to enjoy them. Grace is the manager and I highly recommend this place prices are fair.
We went for dinner and the place was packed on a Thursday night. Chef did greet all the tables and talked to each guest and that was a good gesture to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Food came quick and was delicious. The restaurant is designed beautifully and has a nice warm character. Ideal for lunch and a cozy dinner.
My husband and I ended up at this gem of a place on Saturday. We thought we would grab some Mediterranean food before heading home for the night, and boy were we in for a surprise. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming, the ambience was lively and beautiful! The service was fast and efficient. The food — simply amazing. We have dined at Michelin star restaurants, and this meal reminded me of exactly that. I ordered the Zara Caesar salad with grilled chicken and avocado and my husband got the lemons chicken. Devine. The chicken was extremely well cooked, and flavored. I wish I had room for more. We ended with the pistachio baklava cheesecake, another truly Devine dessert. I work across the street and I will definitely be back, bringing everyone I know here. You can taste the expertise and love that goes into this meal! And everyone from the servers to the chef and the owners are friendly, accommodating and welcoming! Cheers !
I heard they opened a few months ago, so I decided to stop in for my first visit. I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing, and I’m genuinely pleased! They serve a deliciously refreshing custom-made pineapple drink that really hits the spot, and the lamb chops are simply fantastic! You won’t want to miss the Pistachio Baklava Cheesecake—it’s truly to die for!
